Defects related communications are notifications for which the supervisor and contractor notifiy each other as soon as either is aware of a defect that has occurred during the course of a contract. At an agreed upon date, the project Supervisor will list any uncorrected defects or certify that there are no defects, via a defect certificate.

• Contractor initiates the communication
• If a review is required, then an Internal Review is performed.
• The CDN is issued.

Supervisor Defects Related Communications
